Hilary Swank, a star of Alaska Daily, has announced the birth of twins, a boy, and a girl. The 48-year-old Million Dollar Baby actor posted a picture of herself and her twins admiring the sunset on Instagram on Sunday night.

In case you didn’t know, she has been married to businessman Philip Schneider since 2018, after dating for two years.
Swank has been filming her new ABC show, Alaska Daily, during her pregnancy. When her trousers didn’t fit while filming, she revealed in an interview from October that she slashed them open and put on a jacket to cover her bump. She said something along these lines:
You wait 12 weeks before telling anyone for a specific reason. Then, you’re growing, you’re eating a lot, and you’re using the toilet a lot. The two-time Oscar winner predicted that when she returned to the set, everyone would be saying, “Ah, it all makes sense now.”
Swank revealed that she would be a first-time mother to twins during an appearance with “Good Morning America” in October. It’s wonderful to be able to discuss and share it, she remarked. “My next thing is that I’m going to be a mom.” And not just of one, but of two. I can’t believe it,” Swank said on Good Morning America at the time (verbatim).
A Bit About Hilary Swank’s Career
Hilary Swank is a two-time Oscar winner. She went on to win her first Oscar for “Boys Don’t Cry” for her character of “Brandon Teena” in 1988. Her second Oscar was for the role of boxer Maggie Fitzgerald in “Million Dollar Baby” in 2004.
Later in her career, she took a three-year vacation from acting to take care of her father, but she made a comeback in 2018 for the movie “What They Had,” in which she played a lady taking care of her mother, who had Alzheimer’s disease.
Swank most recently appeared in the television program “Alaska Daily,” which earned her a nomination for Best Actress in a Drama Series. She and her spouse went to the event in January.
The Million Dollar Baby actress joked that she had to cut her jeans open on the set of “Alaska Daily” after revealing her pregnancy during an appearance on “Live with Kelly and Ryan.”

Swank frequently posted updates on her pregnancy on Instagram, and one of those posts featured an ultrasound image she dubbed “Million Dollar Baby” since it showed the unborn child seemingly flexing a muscle. We wish her all the love and luck in embracing a new motherhood journey.
