The Red Notice actor even posted an Instagram post, promoting his podcast episode, captioning the post as-

I’ve worked hard over the years to gain the emotional tools to work thru any mental pain that may come to test me. But years ago I didn’t know what mental health struggle was. As men, we didn’t talk about it. We just kept our heads down and worked thru it. Not healthy but it’s all we knew. If you’re going thru your own version of mental wellness turning into mental hell-ness, the most important thing you can do is talk to somebody. Having the courage to talk to someone is your superpower. Talk to someone. Despite how you may feel, you’re never alone.

Well, we agree with Johnson. Men really need to talk about their mental health struggles, but they usually don’t- the stigma is real and widespread! But, it’s high time, we should fight against it. Dwayne Johnson’s depression struggles and his ability to be authentic and vulnerable about it can influence many men out there, struggling silently.

So, here’s an insightful post on men’s mental health. You can find some of the effective ways to reduce the stigma around mental health discomforts for men in the blog post.
